3.家賃は20000B前後くらいであるということ
4.ペット可であること
5.交通の便がよいこと（スクンビット地区にはこだわりません）
6.夫婦二人のため部屋の広さはワンベッドルームくらい
7.キッチンとバスタブもある部屋であるということ
8.セキュリティーがしっかりしたところであること、というのが条件になります。

条件ばかりで申し訳ありませんが、いくつかの条件しか合わなくてもでもかまいませんので、とりあえずペット可というのを最低条件でお願いします。</title>

              <content:encoded><![CDATA[正直申し上げまして、かなり厳しい条件です。<br /><br />1.まずペット可の部件はおおむね賃貸料金が高額です。交通の便のいい所（BTS乗車圏内）で２０，０００バーツ以内でペット可の物件を探すのは極めて困難です。 <br /><br />2.２０，０００バーツは日本人向けの物件としては最低クラスです。従いましてセキュリティーの面で不安があります。この点をご理解ください。<br /><br />3.安い物件（タイ人）向けはおおむねバスタブとキッチンは無いのが普通です。タイ人はお風呂に入る習慣がありませんので、外国人向け物件以外はバスタブが無いのが普通なのです。<br />また室内での料理は禁止もしくはガス台の使用が禁止されているところも少なくありません。<br /><br />4.おおむね１年規約のところが多いです。大家さんと交渉すれば６ヶ月も可能なところもありますが、賃貸料金が高くなります。<br /><br /><br />以上を考慮しますとペット可の物件を交通の便のいい場所との条件はあきらめないと先に進めません。]]></content:encoded>
